Our Chefs craft their menus from locally-sourced and sustainable produce, gathering the finest ingredients from the sea and the land.

Our fine dining restaurant, the Foredeck , offers guests and casual diners a 5-course degustation menu that changes everyday. Together with  the Kumatage restaurant, guests are delighted by the fresh flavours of the Marlborough Sounds. Our privileged location brings many local delights, such as our world-renouned wines  and 'Kai Moana' (seafood), turning each meal into a memory.

Our Cellar

Located in Marlborough, the world-famous wine region renowned for its Sauvignon Blanc, naturally we have a fine selection from the region. Our cellar also showcases some of the finest wines from around New Zealand, thanks to the carefully selected range from exceptional winemakers that we enjoy a close relationship with. We also offer a selection of international labels, and our staff can skilfully match our wines to every dish.
