Our Executive Chef
Heading the team in our kitchen is Executive Chef, Hannes Bareiter. Hannes has been cooking professionally for more than a decade in New Zealand and Europe in Michelin star restaurants and hotels, specialising in both classical and contemporary cuisine. With a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts, a natural flare for creative gastronomy, and a passion for cooking techniques that maintain the integrity of the ingredients, Hannes uses his experience to lead a highly talented team at the Bay of Many Coves Resort.
With a wine to match
Our wine cellar reflects our proximity to the world-renowned Marlborough vineyards. We have a special relationship with local winemakers, which ensures a broad and eclectic selection of Marlborough’s finest. The cellar is balanced with a further selection of regional New Zealand varieties and selected international labels.
