With two separate restaurants and a waterfront café, you can savour the delights of fresh local seafood and produce, with specially selected wines from Marlborough’s leading vintners and international labels. Our Executive Chef
Executive Chef, Francisco Sabando De Castillo, is a talented Chef who embraces the New Zealand culinary experience. Of Chilean origin, Francisco has experienced the most pristine and pure regions of NZ, having enjoyed time working in the Abel Tasman National Park and Aoraki Mount Cook. Having qualified with a Culinary degree from Chile, he has then worked as a Head Chef in Concepción and San Pedro de la Paz, along with being a culinary tutor and coach for two years. Francisco has loved a varied background in his 10 years in the Kitchen, catering for a wide range of clients from 5-star intimate dining to up to 1000 at private events and specialised functions.
With a wine to match
Our wine cellar reflects our proximity to the world-renowned Marlborough vineyards. We have a special relationship with local winemakers, which ensures a broad and eclectic selection of Marlborough’s finest. The cellar is balanced with a further selection of regional New Zealand varieties and selected international labels.

In addition to our special relationship with New Zealand winemakers, we are proud to feature Taittinger Champagne on our winelist. For those special occasions, there is nothing to match the taste sensation of this astonishing champagne, which has its roots deep in the history and traditions of France.
